The Mission of Gay World Adventures is to provide quality vacations at a reasonable price. Hence, our slogan “Your Gay World For Less.” So we are proud to offer our GWA Exclusives to the gay community. GWA Exclusives can be either group tours, group cruises, or cruise charters that are fully customized and created by the Gay World Adventure Team and are designed to provide the discerning gay traveler with the company and comfort of other gay travelers and friends from around the world.

 

GWA Exclusive Gay Group Cruises and Tours are considered to be “mainstream travel”, and not an all-gay charter or resort like those offered by RSVP, Atlantis, or R Family Vacations. GWA Exclusive gay group cruises and tours are booked only with gay friendly cruise lines and tour companies that are aware that our groups consist of gay travelers and that can assure that our groups are treated with the utmost respect.

 

GWA Exclusive Gay Charters are exactly that, a cruise ship that has been chartered by GWA to accommodate an all-gay clientele. Gay World Adventures does not discriminate, so we do not block access to anyone. However, everyone is made aware that our charters are designed to be exclusively gay. Gay World Adventures prefers smaller, more intimate ships for our charters and, therefore, we mainly offer river cruises in Europe. Our charter vessels are of the utmost luxury and comfort, and we make it available to you at a lower cost than most. This gives our travelers the opportunity to take an all gay charter, where in the past they may not have been able to. So we say again, our goal is to give the gay community an opportunity to see “Your Gay World For Less for less”.

 

Your Gay World Adventures Exclusive Gay Group Cruise Vacation can offer all the luxuries that you come to expect of a cruise, with these added amenities:

• Exclusive GWA cocktail party. This is your party to get to know your fellow travelers.
• Group Dining. We make all the dining arrangements for you.
• Special Events: Occasionally we offer exclusive shore excursions, parties, or events. These special events are dependent on the individual cruise and the size of the group.
• GWA Concierge: One of our Travel Specialists will always travel with you on our GWA Exclusive packages, and are there to help you with your every concern.
• Gay City Guides: Where available, Gay World Adventures will provide you with up to date information on where the gay nightlife, dining or shopping is located at your various ports of call.

 

What's included with your GWA Exclusive Group Cruise?

The price of your GWA cruise package, unless otherwise noted, will include your stateroom, meals, and some beverages. Of course, also included is all the entertainment on board, your use of the pool, fitness room, sauna, steam room, casino, and of course the disco.

 

What's not included with your GWA Exclusive Group Cruise?

Unless otherwise noted, the price of your cruise package does not include air transportation, transfers, shore excursions, alcoholic beverages and sodas, photographs, gratuities, medical services, spa services or any other items of a personal nature.

 

What’s included with your GWA Exclusive Group Tour?

Many of the amenities listed above will also be available to our GWA Exclusive Group Tours; such as our GWA Concierges, Gay City Guides, and special events. However, each GWA Exclusive Group Tour is different, and what is included with each tour can vary. What’s Included with your GWA Exclusive Gay Charter?

Here again, each of our GWA Charters are different, and many of the amenities noted above will also be available to our GWA Exclusive Gay Charters; such as our GWA Concierges, Gay City Guides, and special events. Quoted prices are subject to availability at the time of booking and are not considered final until full payment has be made and received by the vendor or tour operator. Unless otherwise indicated, quoted prices do not include airfare, insurance, taxes, port charges, tipping, or processing fees. Passenger is responsible for any fuel surcharge incurred or assessed by the airlines or cruise lines. Foreign destination packages are based strictly on foreign currency, therefore any price change due to currency fluctuation will be the responsibility of the passenger.

 

All Prices quoted are based upon payment by cash.. In the event of payment by American Express, Discover, Mastercard, or Visa, then please be advised that the payment might be subject to a 3% surcharge in order to cover merchant processing fees. Some packages may also require a small booking fee. These policies are dependent upon the cruise or tour booked. Consult your GWA agent for further information.

 

Proper identification is the responsibility of the individual passengers, and we advise the use of passports at all times. Please check with your agent for more information concerning entry and departure into the United States and foreign countries.
